.... Dare to go underneath go and see what is not looked at, what is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Ephemeral and eternal, between body and mind. Share moments on the threshold of this space where rites are built and where, from sanctuaries, vulnerable and diaphanous bodies appear. Emotions, feelings and dreams are the filters through which these fleeting and powerful images emerge. Footsteps are drawn as the bodies are revealed and then return to their darkness. In my approach, I meet individuals, I experience situations and sensations, I photograph them and then I assemble these snapshots: fragments, scattered pieces of a story always in the making. Sometimes I try to stop my gaze to simply be the one who captures, which captures something that would be of the order of the unspeakable as of the invisible... Photographs slip away when we keep our eyes open and then other images superimpose when we close them. I wish my eyes could become transparent so that my camera would not not only be the mirror of my vision, but a case through which, coming from elsewhere, the lights leak.
