Anti-Monumento
The Monument to the Entrepreneur was commissioned by the Industrial Association of Porto and inaugurated in 1992, by the liberal and conservative Aníbal Cavaco Silva, then Prime Minister. The pictures were taken between 2014 and 2015, as Portugal was coming out of Troika’s supervision (IMF, ECB, and EU), yet still under the effects of the austerity measures.
